APPLICATION
PVC Pipes
The CO2 Flying Laser Marking Machine can mark yellow or golden message on the UPVC, CPVC pipes, the marking color depends on pipe color, extrusion speed etc. Compare inkjet printer marking, laser marking is more clear and bright. Because all PVC pipe workshop included more dust, so Laser coding machine is better than inkjet, cause laser no need more maintenance during operation.
PVC Cables
CO2 laser marking machine can satisfy high speed marking for electrical wires, speed up to 400m/min. The marking color can be yellow, white, golden. The marking result related extrusion speed, cable color, message length and distance etc.
PET Bottles
930um wavelength CO2 Laser, is a special type for PET material. It can mark clearly message on PET bottle and can not burn through the bottle body, thanks to the special wavelength. Depends on the message length and lines, the CO2 coding machine can finish 50000 bottles per hour max.
