PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CO2 Laser Coding Machine, as an industrial coding system, specially for marking message on most of non-metal material surface. This type only for stationary marking, should trigger the laser marking one by one manually. Ideal for the customer who can not make online marking, for example woods plate, plastic sheet and other bigger product.  After years development, we produce the CO2 laser source is smaller and compact, to save more space for the machine and shipping cost. Compare the traditional gas laser, the new generation CO2 laser source(metal tube) can create stronger & continuous laser beam than glass tube.

Laser marking will not touch the product surface directly, we said no contact marking. All of laser marking machine do not need any consumptive material, such as ink cartridge, cleaner, make up etc. The PC(controller) on the machine will send different signal based on operator commands, then the scanner will follow the signal command to print the digit, logo etc.

The CO2 Laser coding machine can mark yellow or golden message on all kind of PVC product, like Pipes, Tube, Fittings, Plate, or some profile for construction. As a new technology, it has many advantages, working stable, less working failure, long lifetime.

PET Bottles

930um CO2 Laser, is a special type for PET bottles. It could mark clearly message on PET bottles and can not burn through the bottle body.
